Paige Nong

I am an assistant professor in the Division of Health Policy and Management at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. I completed my PhD in Health Services Organization and Policy at the University of Michigan School of Public Health in 2023.

I research health information technology development and implementation. I focus on how these systems can be designed to mitigate and dismantle racism, improve quality, and build patient trust. This work connects health informatics, sociological concepts, and anti-racist praxis.

Across multiple research projects, my goal is to provide evidence that informs patient-centered health practice and policy related to health information technologies.
